Das Grindometer dient zur Ermittlung der Kornfeinheit und großer Partikel oder

Agglomerate in einer Dispergierung.

Ausführung

• Aus gehärtetem Edelstahl

• Zwei keilförmige Rinnen auf der Oberseite

• Seitliche Skalen in µm und Hegman-Werten

Anwendung

• Tragen Sie das Messgut an der tiefsten Stelle der Messrinne auf

• Streichen Sie es mit schräg aufgesetztem Haarlineal gegen das andere Ende hin aus

• Nehmen Sie den Block danach sofort in Augenhöhe und suchen Sie die Mess-Stelle,

an der viele Grobteilchen oder deren Spuren sichtbar sind

The Grindometer is used to indicate the fineness of grind or the presence of coarse

particles or agglomerates in a dispersion.

Features

• Made of corrosion resistant stainless steel

• Two wedge-shaped paths on the top surface

• Scales on both sides of the block show the path depth in µm and Hegman units

Use

• Place a slight excess of sample in the deep end of the groove

• With the straight-edge scraper provided, draw the sample toward the shallow end of

the groove

• Ratings are in terms of the point on the scale where the oversize particles, or

furrows made by them, first appear in substantial concentration
